Interactive and Adaptive Learning Content Authoring Framework for an M-Learning Toolkit

Online education has inevitably become the trend for education supporting distance learning. However, due to the transformation from traditional teaching to online mode, effective teaching has become a challenge. This paper proposes an m-learning toolkit compose of a video-based learning content authoring framework that allows the creation of interactive and adaptive learning content. This paper explores the features that assist to achieve the intended outcome and implements chosen features to fulfil the limitations of existing applications. The evaluation of the application shows a good system usability score of 81.7% and supports interactivity, user-friendliness, efficiency, easiness, and understandability.
