Emanuele Ballarin
M.Sc. student in Data Science and Scientific Computing (offered by the University of Trieste / SISSA / ICTP), specifically following the Data Science & Artificial Intelligence track. Also, I am a volunteer research assistant at the Artificial Intelligence and Cyber-Physical Systems laboratory (PI: Prof. Luca Bortolussi), currently working on reinforcement learning, unsupervised adversarially-robust modeling, and neuro-inspired artificial intelligence.
Previously, I earned a B.Sc. in Physics (University of Trieste), with emphasis on statistical data analysis, machine learning and computational methods, and experimental physics. B.Sc. thesis title: "Generative models of adversarially-robust artificial neural models: a preliminary feasibility study".
