An application of Multiplicative Non-Parametric Corporate Performance Model (based on Data Envelopment Analysis) by Emrouznejad and Cabanda is here presented and applied so as to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency and quality of Regional Health Systems in Italy. A Quadrant Analysis is used too in order to visualize analysis results. In general, Regional Systems characterized by high effectiveness scores are much efficient too. Emilia Romagna seems to be the best Region under all three points of view. The Southern Regions register the worst performances.
