Necklaces and bracelets in R

This note introduces the necklaces package of R routines for generation of necklaces and bracelets. Functionality for necklaces and bracelets is provided with some examples of applications. To generate necklaces and bracelets, integer partitions and the kStatistics package are used. Lyndon words and de Bruijn sequences are built as an application.
