To gain competitive advantage in the changing environment of business, companies should cooperate with customers and suppliers in addition to their institute in regard with efficiency of operations and cooperate with each other to gain acceptable level of agility and flexibility in services and service providing. In such case, agile supply chain is created. An agile retail supply chain is able to take a competent method to show prompt response to changes made in work environment, so that important parameters of retail supply chain such as distribution cost and economic saving and distribution time don't go beyond authorized limit. In order to respond to demands of customers, the amount of order to suppliers, time and the production rate to prevent long delivery times, multiple decision making points, non-transparent information among departments and least coordination need decision support system. This study is aimed at presenting a decision support system to design retail supply chain with the purpose of improvement of agility level and flexibility of whole chain. To this end, multi-objective mathematical model has been presented for integration of management decisions to improve agility and flexibility level in frame of a decision support system. In order to design software structure, an integrated model is designed using optimization and decision making methods. Using this model can improve the existing status in every manufacturing organization such as Saipa Corporation as case study.
