Omer Faruk Boyraz is about to finish his PhD thesis at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Sakarya University. He developed A New Near Infrared (NIR) Based Vein Imaging System in his master's study. He also developed A Fully Contactless Dorsal Hand Vein Authentication System Using Improved Features on a Microcomputer. He is currently working on deep learning based object-defect-sound recognition/detection projects using OpenCV, Keras and Tensorflow frameworks.
