Khanh N. Q. Le

Le Nguyen Quoc Khanh earned his Bs degree in Information Technology in 2010 from Dalat University, Vietnam. He earned his Ms. and Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Graduate Program in Biomedical Informatics, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, where he was a research scholar. After obtaining Ph.D. degree, he was a Research Fellow at the School of Humanities, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Professional Master Program in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taiwan. In addition, he is also a joint Assistant Professor with the International Master/PhD Program in Medicine (IGPM-TMU) and TMU Research Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

Dr. Khanh's research interests focus on applying AI (machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing) in multidisciplinary studies, especially Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, and Radiogenomics. He is serving as an Editorial Board Member of prestigious SCI journals such as PLOS ONE, BMC Bioinformatics, Frontiers in Genetics, Frontiers in Plant Science, Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, PeerJ, and PeerJ Computer Science. He has been also serving as a Program Committee Member for more than 40 international conferences since 2017 including GIW/ISCB-Asia 2020, IEEE BIBM 2020, ISMCO 2020, IEEE CBMS 2020, IEEE BIBM 2019, InCoB 2019, IEEE CBMS 2019, IEEE BIBE 2019, etc.
